I sold my truck to this dealer ship 2 months ago and still haven’t received my money from them they are extremely shady I’ve called 10+ times over the last 3 days and get told to leave a voicemail and never receive my call back absolutely garbage dealership to deal with and they have my truck listed on the website.

Once more I am disappointed with this place . I bought a car and have had it for Almost two years and it tells me i have a tire mobility kit. Well yesterday I had a flat and went to get my tire mobility kit from the trunk .There is not one.in there ? No jack no lug wrenches no compressor and no bottle of repair fluid . You would think that they would check to make sure you have this in the car before you turn it over to the customer I would not send any one to this dealership to buy a car or truck . And there service department does not do a complete service on your car when you take it in . twice had to complain about things they did not do on my service .That is listed as a safety checks Out of three visits I have had three disappointments

Think twice before buying a vehicle here

Definitely not the best car buying experience I've had. Purchased a SUV from there and was told the chipped/cracked windshield and bald tires would be "handled" I've had the vehicle for almost a month now and have not received one call back from them regarding my windshield or my tires. I guess they will tell you anything to sell you a car and not actually follow through with it. If you purchase a car from here and they tell you they are going to do something please take my advice and get it in writing because I'm still waiting to have my windshield and tires "handled". Terrible experience

Amazing Experience and no I'm not a bot or employee

I came in with a pretty beat up '06 explorer. Mark C. the manager went above and beyond for me. I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime. The Man

Daniel, sat at the table on the second day I arrived trying to get something done. Daniel, introduced himself and we started a wonderful conversation from that moment. He listened, joked, worked fast and hard. Every time he came back to table, I had a new question and he had answers. I ended up with a new Echo Sport SES with all the toys and then some. Thank you for having this man on the lot and doing the fabulous job he does. That coming from a dealership hater when he saved a customer. 🤔👍👍

Purchased the car here in 2011 - Salesman was OK. Went to finance, very specific about wanting a 60 month finance. Finance man put in 72 months in small writing, but I caught it. Specifically asked for a Ford warranty - Finance guy sold me a private warranty that is only good at their dealership - didn't catch that. Paid cash instead of finance because the games were getting ridiculous. Second service had a tire rotation - Scratched my wheel during the service, although when confronted, they fixed it. Service advisors seem to all be pushy and have no patience. 50000 miles I came in with several complaints that would be covered under warranty. Advisor wrote quote of $320 and explained that is their diagnosis fee - but would be free IF the problems were found to be covered under warranty. Couldn't show advisor my issue because they took my car to a back lot. Told him I was waiting but car wasn't "diagnosed" for over 4 hours. Fixed issues under warranty, but guess what, chipped my wheel!!! Advisor called me and told me my cabin air filter was horribly dirty "as if it has never been changed" and he highly suggests changing it.. I told him that's funny, I changed it two weeks ago and it's brand new! "Well, uh, maybe my tech wanted me to ask you if you have or not." Came to the quicklane once, parked outside the garage but was told to pull in. Advised of a long wait but an O'Meara truck blocked me in and refused to move so I was stuck.. Will NEVER buy a Ford again.

Was very empressed with Mike Reid he was very friendly and honest, was able to find a great car that was within my price range, and afordable payments also with low miles. I was shown a few cars and did not have to spend all day at the dealer ship was able to test drive a few cars and found a great 2011 car!! i woulkd very well reccommend him and Ford to a friend and family!!
